Where should I send the product?
Please deliver the product to the address provided by us, together with the purchase invoice. To ensure a faster warranty service process, we recommend contacting one of the authorized service centers listed below if your product brand appears on the list.
How long will the repair take?
In most cases, repairs are completed within 30 calendar days, unless replacement parts need to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as your product is ready, your account manager or the service center will notify you.
When is the manufacturer's warranty not valid?
- The product has sustained mechanical damage caused by the user, including damage resulting from natural disasters such as storms, fire, flooding, etc. This also includes cases where foreign objects, such as liquids, soot, or insects, have entered the device.
- The product has been damaged due to improper installation, transportation, or storage, or because the operating instructions provided in the user manual were not followed.
- The device has been used with non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts, or consumables that are not certified by the manufacturer, and their use has caused damage to the device.
- The required maintenance or servicing (where specified as mandatory) has not been performed.
- The product has been repaired or an attempt has been made to repair it by unauthorized persons or at a non-authorized service center, including tampering with the manufacturer's warranty seal or serial number.
- The device has been used for industrial or professional purposes unless such use is explicitly permitted by the manufacturer.
